Mr. Andy has over 30 years of experience in customer-oriented business from commercial real estate agent and analyst, restaurants, lounges, bars, supermarkets, gas stations, washateria to nail salons. 

With a BA degree in Business Finance and Economic, Mr. Andy's main focus is to study and analyze the market needs, attitudes and appetites of each location then deliver what the market is expecting of us, and of course, he always delivers beyond customers' expectations. 

Mr. Andy is also the owner of "Executive Nails & Spa", a family-owned salon chain whose he puts all hearts and minds into, making sure every client is well-served and happy with the service. 

Aside from Mr. Andy's business critique, Mr. Andy is a member of the Ho family, featured in the HBOMax reality series “House of Ho”. The show follows the lives of this Vietnamese-American family in Houston, Texas. Mr. Andy, described as the “youngest of all the Ho siblings,” is part of this dynamic family. Mr. Andy known for his style and is considered an undercover style icon on the show.

Committed to achieving excellence in every aspect of marketing strategy, Ms. Kim leverages her Marketing Director experience overseeing a portfolio of over 12,000 units and growing across the Northeast Region with one of the largest property management companies in the United States.

Ms. Kelly is a dedicated business professional with over 15 years of customer experience in the fast-paced beauty industry. A master of organization and efficiency, Ms. Kelly thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations. 

Aside from Endura, Ms. Kelly facilitates nail workshops for nail artists across the states specialized in basic and advanced skill building. These workshops help nail artists gain knowledge, techniques, and confidence to perform various nail applications, designs and other critiques efficiently. Ms. Kelly is committed to help her students achieve their Ultimate Nail Impression.
